Our services will help you narrow down the best venue selections based on your priorities, including aesthetics, desired investment, location, and guest experience. We are here to educate and guide you throughout the entire process, from transformation discussions to estimates, site tours, and contract negotiation, before selecting your ideal Arizona or destination venue.

  • Booking your wedding planning team with plenty of time in advance of your wedding is key to a stress-free and seamless planning experience—in general: the sooner you can book once you’ve determined a desired wedding season, the better. That said, we’ve planned weddings in as little as 6 weeks and as long as 2 years out. It really depends on your availability and priorities. 

    We feel the sweet spot for planning and design is between 10 and 14 months. This allows plenty of time for the planning and design process, booking highly sought-after Arizona and Destination locations, and collaborating with talented vendor partners.

  • As a luxury event company, we accept a limited number of weddings and events per year to maintain our clients’ highest level of service. This typically does not exceed 8-10 wedding couples annually and never more than one couple per weekend.

  • We’re based on the West Coast in Scottsdale, Arizona, yes, but we’ve planned and designed multi-day weddings across AZ, the West Coast, Canada, and Mexico. Whether you're looking for a wedding planner in Phoenix or beyond, we’re not limited to planning in any specific region and are happy to take on events in new locations & destinations. Our team's expertise allows us to seamlessly execute events anywhere, ensuring that your vision comes to life no matter where you choose to celebrate.  

    Additionally, we do not have exclusive partnerships with specific venues. We always aim to find the perfect venue for your unique event—whether a stunning resort or a hidden gem off the beaten path. We pride ourselves on our ability to work with different venues and create stunning transformations that cater specifically to each client

  • While we have a curated list of trusted and talented industry professionals, you are not limited to booking only from our preferred vendor list. We respect your vision and are open to working with vendors of your choice (as long as our team can vet and speak with them before officially booking).

    Phase 1: Connection
    Our signature process makes planning enjoyable from the beginning. Our proprietary planning dashboard, planning and design workbook, and other foundational documents provide a strong starting point for producing an event that reflects your personality, entertainment style, and overall vision. The process also includes venue scouting, site tours, and negotiation.

    Phase 2: Conceptualization, Design, and Investment Management
    Our experienced team works closely with you to craft a personalized wedding concept that reflects your style, personality, and desired aesthetic. From collecting inspiration and preparing mood boards to floor plans, tabletop mock-ups, and catering trials, every detail will be thoughtfully curated and accounted for. Our expert planners meticulously track expenses, provide transparent budget breakdowns, and offer strategic advice to help you make informed decisions while maximizing value.

    Phase 3: Vendor Selection, Logistics, and Coordination

    Phase 4: Transformation and On-Site Coordination

    Phase 5: Post-Event Wrap-Up
    Our team will handle all the final details, including final vendor payments and returning personal items. (We’ll even check you in for your international flight the following day while you’re partying on the dance floor). Any and all post-event follow-up is completed and consolidated for your review when you return from your honeymoon.

We employ a streamlined RSVP management system, leveraging technology to track and accurately manage guest responses, even when traditional paper RSVP enclosures are included in your invitation suite. Our team ensures timely communication and follow-ups, providing guests with a seamless RSVP experience.

    • Accommodations: We work closely with a network of reliable hotels and resorts to secure preferential rates and various price points for your guests. Our team handles the negotiation and logistics of room block management, ensuring the best rates and a smooth reservation process for attendees.

    • Transportation: We meticulously coordinate transportation logistics, including arranging airport transfers, shuttle services, and/or private transportation for VIP guests. Our team ensures that guests arrive and depart comfortably, taking care of all the necessary arrangements, including snacks, water, music, and timely arrival/departures.

    • Guest Communication: We maintain open lines of professional communication with your guests, providing them with clear and detailed information about the event, including schedules, transportation options, and any specific requirements on your wedding website (and by email if desired).   • Simply put, you’ll hear from us as much or as little as you want! There are no limitations on how much you can call or email us. We prioritize communication, ensuring you are informed and engaged at every step of the process (including call recaps and bi-weekly summaries of the planning process).

Whether through regular email updates, scheduled Zoom calls, or face-to-face meetings, we will keep you well-informed about the progress of your wedding or event.   • At Mandy Marie Events, we believe in educating and informing you at every step of the process so you can make the best decisions for you and your family. We believe in transparency. We do not accept any ‘side’ commissions or kickbacks from any of our industry partners. You will see every estimate, contract, and invoice and have full authority to determine how you would like to invest in your wedding weekend. 

    Our personalized approach allows us to tailor our services to meet your specific financial goals while ensuring an exceptional and unforgettable experience. On average, the weddings in our portfolio fall within the range of $2500 per guest for the wedding day only, showcasing our commitment to extraordinary moments while maintaining the highest value and quality standards. Rest assured, we are confident in our ability to respect your envisioned budget while creating a wedding day that exceeds your expectations

  • To maintain our high standards and ensure a seamless experience, we provide a highly skilled team to oversee all aspects of your celebration. We adhere to a ratio of one planner or coordinator per 25 guests, allowing us to provide personalized and dedicated support throughout the event. This does not include additional staff for bridal concierge or complex transportation needs.

    What is a dedicated Bridal Concierge? This individual will be by the bride’s side throughout the wedding weekend, attending to every detail and ensuring they anticipate your needs to make your wedding day stress-free and unforgettable. Their primary focus is to assist in timeline management. However, they're also available to order coffee, steam gowns, place your veil, hold your personal items, and more. We like to call this position a shadow. They will be right behind you when needed but entirely out of sight.

  • Many of our couples prioritize the opportunity to say “I do” in a breathtaking destination location that reflects their personalities. That’s why we’re dedicated to providing unparalleled support and guidance to make your out-of-town or destination wedding an unforgettable experience.

    Scouting Trips & Venue Selection:

    • Research Immersion: Before setting off on a destination scouting trip, we will immerse ourselves in thorough research. Our team will diligently explore online resources, read reviews, and seek recommendations to narrow down potential locations that align with your vision.

    • Personalized Destination Scouting Trips: While online resources provide insights, nothing compares to experiencing potential wedding venues in person. We prioritize on-site visits to gain a deeper understanding of each location’s ambiance, layout, and suitability for your vision. Our experienced team will plan and accompany you on this journey, ensuring all appointments, reservations, and accommodations are booked and confirmed in advance. 

    • Documentation: On these site visits, our team takes meticulous notes and photographs to help you remember the unique features, pros, and cons of each destination while being able to remain present during the in-person visit. This documentation will be essential when making decisions and comparing venues later on.

    • Logistics and Guest Experience: When planning a destination event, it is important to evaluate the ease of travel, accommodation options, and local amenities for your guests. Ensuring a seamless experience for your loved ones is paramount in creating a memorable and enjoyable celebration.
